Tariff

The approved rates of tariff for hiring the facilities for use per day w.e.f 18th November 2015 (subject to change).

  1. Convention Centre Rent on enquiry (for 24 hours)
  2. 10 Guest room + 2 A/c Suite room + 1 A/c Deluxe room + 2 A/c Green rooms
  3. Following services are included sub-contractor charges:
    • Banquet Chairs – 1000
    • Chairs – 600 nos
    • Dining Tables – 200
    • VIP Chairs – 40 nos
    • LED outside Lighting Serial set with generator extra
    • 24 Hours Generator Backup
    • Vessels for 3,500 members
    • Cleaning charges for 20 members
    • Hot Water for bathing
    • 3 nos. Security guards
  4. All balance amount of Convention centre Should be clear within 3 days before occasion.

Note: ADVANCE is 50 %

  1. Advance once paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  2. The Lotus Convention Centre management shall not be responsible for any theft, loss or damage for articles belonging to guests.
  3. Flower decoration is compulsory, outside decorators are not allowed.
  4. Additional lighting charges will be arranged by Management if required.
  • Service Tax: 10.36% will be charged extra wherever applicable
  • Luxury Tax: 10.00%
  • Electricity charges will be extras per the actual usage from time of occupation until vacating the premises
  • Rs. 25,000/- is taken as security deposit at the time of booking & in refundable. This is in addition to the booking & covers any breakage / damages etc.
  • Liquor & outside food is strictly prohibited.
